As a dedicated tenant rep my top priority is to make sure that my client finds the best location for their business’ needs and to negotiate the best possible price and terms on their behalf. The best part is that there is typically no cost to my client for this service.
When looking for the ideal commercial real estate location, we will look at demographic information and market potential reports to help determine the right location for your business. We will also determine how much space you need based on the type of businesses you’re operating, how much inventory you will have, how many employees will be working there along with some other factors.
After determining what and where the best location will be we will review the available properties in that area and schedule walk-throughs of properties that meet your requirements. We can then help you narrow your search down to two or three top picks. This is where we go to work negotiating the best possible price and terms on your behalf.
When you begin searching for commercial property, remember that the Landlord has an Agent that is legally obligated to look out for the best interests of the Landlord at all time and negotiate the best possible terms and price on their behalf. It only makes sense to have somebody on your side when going into any real estate transaction. In most cases, it will save you thousands of dollars over the term of your lease as well as countless hours during the site selection process.
